I love this bracelet.
I rarely wear bracelets anymore, but I would love to have one.
Recovery is a process, and that’s okay.
I am in therapy.
I have not cut myself since December 28th.
But I guess I just haven’t been in a very healthy mindset, and I didn’t want to negatively influence anyone.
I’m back for now, but there’s no guarantees that I won’t need to take another “vacation” from tumblr at some point…
I hope everyone can understand that.
My solution to being triggered while in class…
Don’t cut yourself, draw your feelings. Or even better yet, draw happy things…The more you can get your focus off of self harm, the better. But in those moments when it’s all you can think about, draw/paint/color/any other form of artistic release.
